Filming Overview

Overview on Filming: overall throughout my filming experience I have come to know that fault will happen and mistakes will be made, I have just got to come across them in the correct manner to succeed, some issues that I came across while filming are as followed: Actor not being reliable, to come across this I used my instinct and filmed around the actor this meant me filming things that didn't involve the actor as much, this was things like, filming in a nightclub or filming my establishing shots. As well as that the weather conditions sometimes didn't suit my needs, this is because the weather conditions aren't the best in Hull, this is bad because I originally planned for my video to be in the sun and to be a happy song where as now I have things what aren't suiting my needs such as the weather. Also some of the risks didn't come into account when I was planning my music video, this is because I wanted the best outcome of my video and to do this I had to push the boundaries by taking as many risks as possible, with this not taking place I was unable to shoot my video to what I had expected. Some positives that came out of my filming, these was things like booking out studios and making sure all my footage was pure and made sure it looked good, to do this I had to use organisation skills throughout booking everything, and for filming it to perfection I had too understand the circumstances if it didn't come off I had to go back and do it again for the use of my video.

Before I started my video I had to make sure everything was in place. This was things like, risk assessments, weather checks, actors ready and in failure of this I would have to have solutions to cure this, this could've turned out bad because I could have got to the place where I needed to be and to find out that something went wrong and to not have a solution for it would be terrible.
